Berry Barton has been farmed by the White family for over 90 years. Berry Barton enjoys a sheltered position on the edge of the pretty coastal village of Branscombe. There are numerous walks in the area which is designated as an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty. The Heritage Coastal path runs along the headland and is a popular walk for both visitors and local people.

Within walking distance of the site is one of the two inns in the village offering food and outside seating.

There are also a few towns in the area:

• Sidmouth is the nearest town, offering excellent shopping, cinema, and local theatre.
• The fishing village of Beer lies about 3 miles to the east.
• Further along the coast lies Lyme-Regis famous for its Cobb and Harbour.

Berry Barton It is a 300 acre dairy farm, with its land stretching along the cliffs to include over a mile of coastline.

The caravan park is situated above the farm with easy access from the lane. The caravans are arranged around the edge of two spacious mown fields each allowing ample space for parking next to your very own holiday home.
