Clevedon
Clevedon, located between Bristol and Weston super Mare, is a coastal town famous for its Victorian pier. It became a very popular Victorian seaside resort and has many fine examples of architecture from that era. It offers good pubs and restaurants, a promenade that overlooks the Bristol Estuary providing a lovely walk and from there you can walk over Poets Walk with stunning views of the estuary.
Clevedon Pier is the only remaining fully intact, Grade 1 listed pier in the country. The pier has been beautifully restored and provides a lovely day out for all the family. There are wonderful views of the Severn Estuary, the islands Flat Holm & Steep Holm, the two Severn Bridges, and the best sunsets in the West Country.
