Woodovis Park in Devon has become fully self-sufficient. After the completion of its own Solar Array Panel System, they can now generate enough power to supply the entire park with its electricity needs.
Along with this they also now have their own fresh water bore hole providing them their own supply from the surrounding land. On top of this they have many environmental policies including only buying caravans with thermostatically controlled heating, solar lighting around the park, outside lights on timers, solar heating in their swimming pool and the use of LED lights.
They are taking great steps to help reduce their carbon emissions and their commitment to environmental sustainability is continuing to grow.
